Key Innovative Solutions is a software agency based in North Macedonia. We've been helping businesses automate workflows, build CRM systems, and ship custom software since 2016.

How we started

KiS was founded to bridge a gap we kept seeing: businesses stuck with off-the-shelf software that almost fit, but never quite did. The result was manual workarounds, messy data, and frustrated teams.

We started with Podio CRM customizations and grew into a full-service agency as our clients trusted us with bigger and more complex challenges. Today we handle everything from custom web applications to enterprise automation pipelines.

What hasn't changed is our belief that software should serve the people using it — not the other way around.
